For a long time, Tabitha Frazier has talked about her dream to gather up a volunteer army of Johnny Appleseeds to go around Tallahassee’s neighborhoods caravan style picking fruits and nuts out of other people’s yards.

With so many fruit trees, lots of food was dropping on the ground and going to waste.
